More than 20 years' experience in tax and legal advisory and litigation in relation with structured financing, trusts, derivatives and capital markets. Advisor on the creation of foreign trusts for Latin Americans. Doctored in Tax Law in Buenos Aires University.

    He lectured in more than 180 conferences on tax and legal issues in relation with trusts, securitization, leasing, financial derivatives and structures finance in Barbados, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Switzerland, St. Maarten, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay.

    Author of several articles and books in Spanish on tax and legal regulations concerning investment and financial transactions, and one book in English on Trusts in Latin America (Oxford University Press) (see publications below).
